Refund & Returns Policy

We aim to ensure customers love our jewelry. If there is any issue, please follow this policy.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Not as described (proof required: video/pictures)

Return request must be placed within 2 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used jewelry

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Customized / Personalized items

  • Sale or Clearance products

3. Return Process

  • Send complaint with unboxing video to support@925kart.com

  • Items should remain unused with original packaging and tags

  • Courier pickup will be arranged (where available)

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • May take 7-10 working days after quality inspection

5. Exchange Policy

You may exchange the product (if stock is available) after approval of your request.
